From 7pm the meeting offers you the opportunity to work with local councilors in workshops and consultations to discuss items of local importance.
From 6pm you can also visit the information stalls related to specific agenda items.
The meeting will be opened with songs from a group of singers from the Rotherhithe and Bermondsey Choral Society. 
And, whilst a bit early – we will also have some mince pies!
The agenda includes:
- The Community Infrastructure Levy ideas list (CIPL) where participants will work in ward based workshops to add to and/or help prioritise the list. More details here or from the information stall from 6pm
- The Council’s Budget Consultation which aims to find out what local people think about some of the things the council could do to adapt to future funding cuts. This consultation is also online
- The Planning Policy Vision for Bermondsey and Rotherhithe consultation launch as part of the New Southwark Plan. More details
- Feedback from the Jubilee Cycle quite way consultation – involving the Tower Bridge Road area. More details on the agenda papers
- The Neighbourhoods Fund information item and stall from 6pm.
