Cycle Confident Dr Bike Maintenance Sessions

Cycle Confident ‘Dr Bike’ Maintenance Sessions

Cycle Confident ‘Dr Bike’ Maintenance Sessions

Cycle Confident Dr Bike will be at the Design Museum on 19 and 20 March and 9 and 10 April hosting a free Dr Bike service and taster sessions for cycle training. Come and find us outside the museum’s main entrance – it’s all free and the experts will be happy to look your bike over and they’ll assess what needs doing, adjust anything minor there and then and advise you on any more major work your bike could do with.  Come along and have a chat about any training you’d like to do.

Dr Bike Sessions

  • Saturday 19 March 2016 11:00 – 16:00
  • Sunday 20 March 2016 11:00 – 16:00
  • Saturday 9 April 2016 11:00 – 16:00
  • Sunday 10 April 2016 11:00 – 16:00

What can I expect?

At the Dr Bike, expert mechanics are on hand to assess what needs doing, adjust anything minor there and then and advise you on any more major work your bike could do with. There will also be instructors on site offering taster sessions for Cycle Confident’s free 1 to 1 cycle training. If you don’t have time to go for a ride while you’re there, information will also be available on how to book training at a later date, so don’t forget to take away a flyer.

Cycle Training Taster Sessions

These free cycle training taster sessions will be running each day and are a condensed 30 minute version of what Cycle Confident offer 7 days a week, all year round. The sessions are tailor made to your ability, from complete beginner to experienced commuters.

Everyone has something to learn and it’s often the most seasoned cyclists who surprise themselves with how much they take away from training! Sessions are free to attend and available on a first-come-first-served basis so drop by with your bike or borrow one of ours.

Sessions are free to attend. Drop in or reserve a place using the ticket link above.
