Communication and professionalism
This event will cover the following:
- What constitutes effective communication
- How do i know if I am communicating effectively?
- What are the barriers to effective communication?
- How to be the epitome of professionalism and why is it important?
- What happens when we are professional?
The Employability training will be on 4th May from 10am to 4pm at Big Local Works, 4 Market Place, Bermondsey, London SE16 3UQ
Free Employability Skills Workshop for anyone aged 16+ covering CV Writing, job searching, application forms, effective communication and more.
The Empowerment People are also in a position to make personalised referrals for benefits advice and give business start up support also, so whatever path your employment journey takes we can help and aide you.

Are you in need of support in your job search? This program empowers participants with CV Writing, Interview Preparation, Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills. Graduates of this course can also make use of weekly follow up sessions for extra support.
Do you need a more personal range of support? Our mentors can provide personalised Goal Road Mapping and support you as you progress on your journey through weekly one 2 one sessions.
We have specialist in house support available for those who are applying for Universal Credit and other government funding. Our team can support you in your application processes.
