Grosvenor Final Proposal Biscuit Factory and Campus sites

Grosvenor invites eveyone to view final proposals for the former biscuit factory and former Southwark College campus sites in Bermondsey. Three public drop-ins will take place in Unit H05, accessed from the Clements Road entrance to the biscuit factory (SE16 4DG) on:

– Thursday 5 October – 4-8pm
– Friday 6 October – 2-6pm
– Saturday 7 October – 10am-2pm

Grosvenor public consultation process began in 2015. The feedback and ideas that they have received as part of this have helped shape their proposed masterplan.

They are proposing to invest over £500m in Bermondsey. This scale of investment combined with Grosvenor’s commitment to long-term management generates significant opportunities, including:
