Midnight Apothecary September Nights at The Brunel Museum

When it comes to iconic venues in the Rotherhithe peninsula, the Brunel Museum is definitely one of them and Midnight Apothecary has been voted one of London’s best outdoor pop-up cocktail bars since 2012, serving lovingly prepared seasonal botanical cocktails made by Midnight Apothecary founder Lottie Muir AKA The Cocktail Gardener.

In the new “normality”, Fridays and Saturdays will be almost like the good old days with 2 hour slots entitling you to entry to the roof garden (up to 6 people per booking) to a maximum of 30 people on the roof and (socially distanced) guided tours of the underground chamber.

All proceeds from the £7 entry fee will be going to the Brunel Museum. Thursdays and Sundays will be free but ticketed 2 hour affairs with entry to either the Piazza (Thursdays) or the roof garden (Sunday afternoons).

The Piazza will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (free entry but ticketed) for 2 hour slots. If you want to hire the whole roof garden exclusively for private parties of up to 30 people, we have packages available.

Midnight Apothecary Terrace

Enjoy an evening out on the terrace at the Brunel Museum for award-winning cocktails, local brews and distillations. Midnight Apothecary events are known for our wild cocktails using ingredients grown in the garden or foraged close by.

The Piazza is surrounded by herb planters and is alive to the joys and drama of local wildlife and the distant sound of river traffic.

The wonderful Mayflower pub across the street will be serving a limited food menu direct to your table via table ordering app. You can get Deliveroo/Uber Eats food deliveries to your table. (though remember all drinks consumed at the venue must be bought from Midnight Apothecary). So come hungry and thirsty and here’s to a great season on the Terrace!

You can book into the 17:00 to 19:15 or the 19:15 to 21:30 time slot.
