New Year’s Day / 1 Jan 2018 / 11.30am to 5pm

Tickets are £65 and includes a lunch

Join us at the Lodge Space for a special community New Year’s Day Retreat.

Come experience a soulful day of workshops, sharing and ceremony with Emily and Hanna-Jade to help guide you into the New Year with clarity, direction and an open heart.

Our intention is to bring people together to share a powerful and nourishing day of healing and transformation through yoga and breathwork, sound healing, meditation and healthy, vegan food.

What to Expect:

The Day Retreat will begin with a deep release and re-charging workshop. Emily and Hanna-Jade will guide you through a restorative yoga and breathing class to support you in letting go of all that no longer serves you in the New Year.

Following the class, theLodge.space will nourish you with a healthy and delicious vegan lunch.

Afterwards, lay back and receive the beautiful sound bath frequencies played by Joh and let Emily take you on a guided meditation journey to find your deepest heartfelt intentions for the New Year ahead.

Our day together will end around the fire for a special grounding ceremony.

This is the perfect Christmas present for yourself or a loved one. Enjoy a full day of warmth and connection with like-minded people and unwind softly into the New Year with new possibilities.

Please note spaces are limited; we recommend booking in advance. Members will receive at 10% discount.

About the teachers:

Hanna – Jade has committed many years to the study, practice and research of natural healing. She has an education in Naturopathic Medicine and is a qualified therapeutic practitioner in Acutonics sound, energy healing (Reiki Master), Rebirthing and Yoga. She offers a unique and safe space for deep healing and transformation with breath and believes that every individual, given the right inner conditions can make their world a better place.

Emily is passionate about sharing the power that yoga can have on the body and mind. Having originally turned to yoga to gain strength and flexibility around her dance career, she has been amazed to discover the benefits in her mind from having a regular practise. It has enabled her to deal with life stresses and lead a happy and healthy life. Coming to her mat every day allows her to connect with her body and calm her otherwise very busy an anxious mind! Her classes are light hearted and engaging and her fun, caring approach to teaching will leave you feeling at ease. Expect a calming stretch and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Joh is a Sound Healing Therapist, reiki master of 20 yrs, trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and a published best selling author. With a degree in Sports Science, she taught exercise, health and fitness for more than a decade in Adult Ed throughout London . She is an advocate for healing modalities that empower and educate. Joh trained in the Gong with Sheila Whittaker at the College of Sound Healing, and in workshops with Don Conreaux. Sound Therapy is energy healing and is a wonderful instrument for reducing stress and triggering your own innate ability to heal naturally. Discordant elements in the body are balanced by sound, and where there is dissonance and disharmony the Gong has a resonating balancing effect.
