Bermondsey & Rotherhithe CAN Meeting

Bermondsey & Rotherhithe CAN Meeting is held at London Bubble, an opportunity for everyone in the area to get involved.

There is a common misconception that the north of the borough is devoid of art and culture, or is at least a long way from catching up with it southern neighbours. But we disagree.

Whether it be fashion and textiles, fine art, music, or theatre, Bermondsey and Rotherhithe host a riches of culture initiatives that are known both locally and internationally. This meeting will put a spotlight on these, as well as the organisations that are constantly changing the way we think about Bermondsey & Rotherhithe.

The London BubbleIf you would like to find out about these organisations, get involved with them, or want to network, why not come along? You will get a chance to hear from local artists and organisations doing great things in the area and further afield!

The meeting will also provide attendees with a platform to discuss anything Bermondsey and Rotherhithe related, as well as providing the opportunity for you to share any news and information that is relevant to the area.

The philosophy of Can is that here’s no better way to start getting involved in your community than meeting up with others who are on the same page. – they are a great way to find out what is happening on the ground. The meetings are the place to be if you want to bring up a particular issue that is affecting you and would like to make the right connections to do something about it!
