VE DAY 75th Anniversary At Home

COVID-19 has changed everything this year and the celebrations to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of VE DAY

Victory in Europe Day, generally known as VE Day or V-E Day, is a day celebrating the formal acceptance by the Allies of World War II of Nazi Germany’s unconditional surrender of its armed forces on Tuesday, 8 May 1945. You can learn more about it here

How to celebrate it?

As mentioned, due to the coronavirus impact on our daily lives and social distancing measures, all the street parties planned for the occasion won’t take place. Nevertheless, we all can join nationwide to celebrate at home with free resources online.
