What’s on in Rotherhithe in 2018? You will be pleased to know that a lot. Canada Water Theatre, also known as Canada Water Culture Space, offer something for everyone: from family entertainment to music gigs. This intimate 150 seat theatre showcases the best in new work, comedy, contemporary theatre, dance and music. Located on the ground floor of the Canada Water Library, the space is programmed by the Albany in partnership with Southwark Council.

The location has excellent transport connections, food available in the Culture Café inside the library and nearby Canada Water Cafe and Leadbelly’s Bar and Kitchen plus the street food market outside during daytime shows and the perfect excuse to visit and explore Rotherhithe

Canada Water Library is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 12noon to 4pm. Evening opening according to performance and events schedule

Getting there

Canada Water Library and Culture Space is situated directly above Canada Water station (Jubilee line and London overground). Exit the station towards Surrey Quays Shopping Centre.

Access

There is wheelchair access throughout the building. Induction loops are available
