CGP Community Allotment

CGP London DIY Community Allotment 2016

Cafe Gallery Project in Southwark Park offers an extensive calendar of exhibitions during the year. Less known to people are the gardening activities as part of the community project.

Following significant work to upgrade their beautiful community allotment, these very popular morning family allotment sessions will commence on Friday, 6 May 2016 and will continue every Friday from 10am – 12 Noon. No need to book.
This scheme is generously supported by Bermondsey Square Community Fund

It also received the support of those who chose it in the public vote for funding from Tesco’s Bags of Help initiative. This funding will make a real difference and will pay for improvements to the allotment

"“Brilliant idea for kids to get busy and learn that veg do not grow in Supermarkets! Makes mums life more interesting too.”

“What a wonderful idea, just what children need in a city.”"
