Trick or Treat Run London, supporting Breast Cancer Care

Join thousands and brave the paths of Southwark Park as its haunted horrors come to life on Saturday 28th October. Creep it real with friends and family as you run, jog or sneak around this 2.5km or 5km central London course, only 3 stops from Waterloo station.

Afternoon Spooky Run

Bring the family together for this spooky Halloween extravaganza! Think pumpkin party, ghastly ghouls and wicked witches around our amazing 2.5km or 5km closed road route. With prizes for the most spook-tacular costumes and hair-raising surprises, you’d be a devil not to enter.

Evening Scare Run

Join us for a moonlit 5km run through the eerie woods of London’s most frightful park. Survivors receive a free slime shot before creeping over to the glow in the dark after party, featuring a live DJ and bar. Will you survive? Head torches recommended.

Halloween Zones

Look out for the four spooky Halloween zones around the trick or treat paths! Carve your way around the pumpkins and grave the zombies! For an extra fright, sign up to the Evening Scare 5km and face our horrors in the moonlight…

Trick or Treat Finish

Runners will be faced with a decision when they reach the finish line – Trick or Treat? Finish your distance and select your fate… Will you play it safe with a treat, or finish with a spooky surprise? Go on, I dare you.

Special Medal

After your trick or treat finish, all survivors will receive a special medal to commemorate the day that glows in the dark!

All abilities welcome

Runners of all abilities are invited to join our Halloween extravaganza, with group bundles available to get everyone involved and active. Children and families are encouraged to dress up as their favourite spooky character, with a special offer – kids under 12 go free during August!

Fancy dress

What’s Halloween without fake blood, face paint and spooky masks? We’ll be looking out for the best dressed on the day to win the ultimate treat. No Halloween costume is complete without a bit of face painting! Breast Cancer Care will be offering basic designs on the day for only £3, with every penny raised going to the charity.

Trick or Treat party

Survived the Evening Scare Run? Now for the real treat. Remember to head over to the Trick or Treat party in the event village, featuring a live DJ and bar.

Location and Travel

 

This year’s Trick or Treat Run London will be taking place in Southwark Park, south east central London, SE16. The quirky park is over 63 acres in size and was designed by Alexander McKenzie in 1869.

By overground or underground

There are three London Overground stations and two London Underground stations located near the edges of Southwark Park. The closest station is Bermondsey tube station, only a 10 minute walk from the park. Bermondsey is only three stops on the Jubilee line to London Waterloo Station.

By Bus

The area is served by bus routes: 1, 47, 188, 199, 225, P12, C10 all with stops in Canada Water station or nearby roads. Plan your journey ahead

By car

Driving is not recommended as they area is usually quite congested due to the proximity of the Rotherhithe Tunnel. If you do plan to come by car, you may want to check the nearby Surrey Quays Shopping Centre which allows time limited parking
