About Grosvenor
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland creates great places where communities, business and nature thrive. We create and manage sustainable neighbourhoods in London, including Bermondsey and the West End, as well as across the South of England. GBI is one part of a global, privately-owned family business. That means we act patiently, think long-term, and give equal weight to the social and commercial impact of everything we do. In February 2020 the Greater London Authority approved the proposals to deliver 1,548 new homes at a range of rents, alongside a new secondary school facility, employment, cultural and retail spaces, knitted together through a network of new landscaped spaces and convenient routes.
