About the market

If you haven’t visited it before, Make It Blue Market is a series of market events held at Market Place in The Blue in South Bermondsey. Though many will be familiar with The Blue Market, home to more traditional traders such as the fish stall, the fruit and veg stall or hot food traders, Make It Blue is focused on craft makers and food producers.

The market started in 2019 but their plans to start again in March was cancelled with the impact of COVID-19. In October 2020, they launched a start-up program to support new traders while also accepting other established traders to sell their crafts and food products.
